The power of the sun is heating up again. After an active week, the hits just keep coming. Arriving today will be a 72 hour event of energy flux. For many this is felt in our energy field and emotional centers. Feelings of Anxiety, Nervousness, Insomnia, Exhaustion, Fear, waves of heart pounding, forgetfulness, etc. are all potential effects of events like this.

These storms are also know to cause GPS and radio wave blackouts as well as Wifi issues, connective problems, etc. Keep your focus and remember whatever you label these emotions as they will then project your vibration. Schumann historic highs, CMEs hitting earth and Dec energy starting to kick up

Morning everyone. Many of you had a difficult night. I woke to several messages this AM. We have massive CMEs from the sun hitting the earth today as well as the Schumann Resonance hitting historic high levels again. Both of these are know to cause emotional and physical affects, GPS blackouts, electronics malfunctions, even increases in the crime rate. Hang in there and do the Dec breathing technique to help move it through.

This is also the kick off of the Dec energy we spoke of in Spirit Class so none of this should be a surprise. The universe warned us about this so we are ready!!!

The profound message of 9/9

The power of 9/9 is still beating strongly in our hearts.  As the 9 represents the unity of 3 – mind, body, soul – father, sun, holy spirit- birth, life,death- the holy trinity – the triangle points on the merkaba,etc. – it combined with Virgo to awaken our shadow. An effort to help us see what we need to learn to love, honor and accept about our inner soul and others. 

The emotions this stirred were intense. Anger, sadness, fear everything in my soul I long to hide or change rushing to the surface. As I noticed these emotions rise, I tried a new approach. Instead of wanting them to end as soon as possible, I smiled and welcomed each one. Sometimes I even laughed and said hello outloud.

I coupled this with breathing in the pattern of 9/9/2/2. (Click here for instructions at the end of the video). Together, with breath and love, I found my peace both welcoming the emotions and letting go. The unity of all sides. A new beginning.

  This energy will continue until the climatic new moon and equinox.  Allow the release, it’s calling your heart to home.
